MPDG
An exhaust system is more than a route for gases to leave the engine. Its geometry can influence response, torque delivery, sound character, temperature and serviceability – while every component still has to fit within a tightly constrained vehicle package.
MPDG brings those requirements together in one development process. Geometry is considered in CAD, key flow paths and transitions are refined, prototypes are fabricated with close control, and production methods are developed with repeatability in mind.

from restrictive OEM system to high-flow solution
A complete exhaust redesign addressed short-radius bends, abrupt transitions and a restrictive catalyst arrangement immediately after the turbo. The replacement system introduced smoother geometry, a high-flow Euro 6 catalyst and modular V-band connections, creating a more efficient, serviceable and production-ready assembly.
